James, you are simply wonderful! I have all of your recordings, but "Echo Mountain" is my all-time favorite. I don't see how you're able to even finish the song on stage, if you listen to your words. It is neither cloying nor maudlin; it is a song of anguish and regret that reduces me to tears every time I listen to it.
