UNCW Women's Soccer vs GMU Stephanie Rose Goal 10-15-10

FAIRFAX, Virginia Oct. 15, 2010 - UNCW vs GMU: In the second half, the Seahawks needed just 37 seconds to draw even when Lindsay Henry sent Stephanie Rose on a breakaway following a GMU turnover. Rose would draw the Seahawks even with her seventh goal of the season at the 45:37 mark. UNCW edged George Mason, 2-1, in an important Colonial Athletic Association women's soccer game on Friday at George Mason Field. With the win, the Seahawks improved to 5-2 in the CAA and 8-7 overall. It was UNCW's first road win of the season and fourth in the last five meeting with GMU. The Patriots, meanwhile, dropped to 8-6-1 overall and 4-3 in league play.
