My father was a chef and instructed at a culinary school and I must say, Lenny got the character SPOT. ON. Tyrannical, but perfect!! Love this show.

thank ya luv for this..I've seen Lenny at standup..but,,this series put him in with a group of actors that..well, really made him shine..Also the exterior shots of England countryside..might get a few yanks over here for tourism!

One of the 5 wittiest TV shows ever aired. My apologies "areyouready", but this, except for the catastrophe of series 3, buries Frazier with its nimble, relentless, acerbic, labyrinthine cleverness. And Henry has the mettle to wield the words with the exceptional intuition that his alter ego Blackstock does a paring knife.
