....conitnued....do you think that I got a bad board that is already too balanced and sorta balancing itself? Or do you think that maybe it is because I do wear really high platform and stiletto heels a lot, is it possible that I could have unintentionally developed a balancing skill from that? My friend reckons that I might be used to balancing because of that. Or am I just doing it wrong - will someone help a girl out here? I could upload a video so someone can correct my technique?

I got one of these and I dont know if I am doing something wrong - I stepped on it for the first time and I was able to keep it balanced for ages, and then I tried moving my feet closer together and I was still able to do hold it balanced for a long time. In fact I washed all my dishes shile keeping it balanced. So I think that maybe I am doing something wrong because in all these videos - I see people kinda wobbling a lot on it to keep it steady. What am I doing wrong?

No matter what you do in life .. wether you are an MMA fighter , Baseball player, Dancer, Lawyer, or Doctor ... BALANCE IS KEY ... I used to wrestle and I remember having the upper hand against opponents who stronger , faster and more skilled because I was the one with better balance ... getting me down was NO EASY TASK .. LOL .. I need to start doing more balance training again .. I miss the benefits of having good balance .. such as not falling even while walking on ice ..

I had this exercise when i went to the knee therapy. It helps you to learn how to use quadriceps.
I need to train again. :D

@Mladenac It is unlikely to strengthen your quadriceps - most static (isometric) exercises like this tend to focus on core muscles due to the balance component. For best strength gains go for resistance training in the 6-10 rep range, and for quads in particular you'd aim for squats, leg extensions and lunges.
