Johnny was very paticular about his theme song. He was a big band/swing music expert and amateur drummer himself and auditioned several themes, before picking the melody of an old Paul Anka song which Johnny had a hand in rearrainging. Jay Leno and Dave Letterman, however, admitted they knew little about music and let their respective bandleaders come up with their themes.

I remember watching him with My grandparents when I was visiting them on the weekend or staying for the summers.... I was just a kid and he made me laugh.Good clean humor with a little edge and some tongue in cheek at times,too Timeless is right airdriver32,Well put!!
