13/02/2008 about 800 citizens in Norilsk (Russia) slept in hotels, in the cinemas, on metallurgical plants. They couldn't get to the home. Buses couldn't drive. All highways were covered with giant snowdrifts. Winds gusted to 30 m/s. Unfortunately the wind tore high voltage line, there wasn't elecricity in Norilsk (in about 30% houses) during 4 hours. People get used to live here, they are very patient and...courageous.
