From a reliable source, After Paul wrote Yesterday, he was to come to Abbey Road to write up the credits, etc. He had a certain time to be there but John pulled a fast one and got there early to get his name on the record first. That's why it reads Lennon/McCartney when Paul wrote the song. SNEAKY!!! John felt threatened by Paul and his abilities and John was a pessimist, the glass was always 1/2 empty, not 1/2 full, Paul said "that was just John"! John was talented but very insecure!

I've been in Red Square. It's enormous. For Paul and his band, that place was PACKED. Simply astounding. How many humans? 100,000? 200,000? Amazing.
