  • Here,here!

  • Man, what a great video. What a pleasure to watch.

  • Thank you! That's the last time I made a video. I think I'm running out of time. I have to take care of myself first so that I'm able to take care of my girl. I have to walk to keep control of my weight. Sometimes it's an issue as my body isn't responsive when I walk. Say here's a tip---Check out the "OMRON" pedometer. When you get home you plug it into your computer and see exactly how far you walked, how many miles, fat burned and other data of interest.

  • check out cp6027 site as he has DCC and has put up some videos about adding DCC to a sound system.

  • Yes this is PBL's Foreground #1. Check out my other video about sound on my layout.

  • Yes, there are some 88 active engines. To go DCC is going to be expensive.

  • Nice work! especially the tasteful use of the horn.

  • You have quite the line-up of motive power, very impressive indeed. I really like what you've done here with the layout & sound. It's very impressive to say the least & one Hell of a layout to keep with, lol. It gives me many ideas & inspiration for my own layout.

Yes, please take care of your health as we definitely need it to have fun in this amazing hobby. I too have many medical issues which forced an early retirement & some days these trains are the only thing that keeps me going.

  • real!!

  • Is this the Foreground I or II? I use both PBL & DCC, I made a switchbox to select what system is in control, but I have to make sure that a PBL loc is not in a DCC selected block, or it will damage the speaker. Both systems have their advantages. PBL=simplicity, DCC=more features. Nice layout!
