Dear Yaya, I find that this tutorial is very useful and I managed to achieve the look that I wanted from this tutorial. But there's only one problem I'm still facing, we pretty much have the same hair texture (thick, a bit coarse and slightly wavy) but the curls that I achieve from the curling iron (I use babyliss, suppose to be good) dont seem to last so long (not even an hour!) could you please recommend me on how to face this problem without using hairspray? thank you so much!

@alletsanirbef Unfortunately hairspray is important if your hair doesn't hold curls. You can try catching the curls right when you release the clamp, clip the coils of hair to your head, and release after all your hair has cooled off...hope this will do the trick for you =)

your video seem look so easy, when ever i try to curl my hair it end up look not so what i expect, i first time bought a curling iron and i don't know how long to wait when i did ma hair, i listen to some videos says about 15 to 25 seconds, and i did what is told i end up burning my hair....i donno how you did it but watching your video i think i give it a try again

@alletsanirbef use mousse :)) it'll hold the curls longer... we too have the same hair texture... i used it and it pretty much lasted me the whole day!

followed this exactly and my hair looks like f-ing crap. Do NOT brush your hair if you have curly, frizzy hair.
