  • How much did that cost?

  • Somewhere around 15K

  • shit... 15k... do u think it was worth it?

  • I think my engine is worth 15k. I'm not so sure about shit being worth that much!

The engine was built back in about '95. Since then I estimate that I have put 1000 actual miles on it.

  • I love that SD40-2...who built it ?? , anfd the sound is great for notching up and down.

    Awesome !!!

  • I scratch built it (althought I bought the trucks) with a lot of help from a few friends. It took 2 to 3 years.

  • Dear Santa...

  • hi are the sounds electronic or actually coming out of a real diesel engine??

  • Hi, I have no words to express my happiness to see this video, and to congratulate you on your job.

Do you run the train in some private property, or is it open to the public? If so, where and when that would be, please? Thanks!

  • Incredible sound package!

  • That sounds pretty good! What type of sound system are you using?

  • depends, its sounds like gas driven to me

  • my dad and i want to get into this hobby so bad, but its expensive as heck! but i have found an engine for about $1500 and a two riding cars for around $900 apiece, but totaled thats still cheaper than most engines.

  • That is just terrific. How can I get one? Lol!

  • Im jealous tooo like wesolint... I want one of those!

  • My hubby and I took our 3 kids today!!.. it was SOOOO much fun! My youngest is only 8 months and even SHE had a blast. Ours broke down 3 times, but hey... it was all an experience! LOVE the tunnels! SO MUCH FUN!
