i've been tempted to buy a chinese les paul copy, but, wonder if i am better served to replace my pickups with dimarzios? i am a comeback player, and i have an early 70's ibanez lawsuit, which i've added gibson parts to. i'm thinking for 50 bucks a pickup; and perhaps some real grovers- the ax will suffice until i'm ready for at least a les paul studio?

D Bopper, great channel....great playing...i love the sound of that Tal Farlow Gibson....why the change of names? I guess youtube and copyright issues? If you sound good, they worry about it....so take that as a compliment.

Thanks. Yeah, I wanted a copyright free approach. But people want to hear melodies, so I abandoned it later.
