Congressional candidate and United We Stand America Oneida County NY Chairman Tom Loughlin Jr addresses the convention in which Ross Perot was nominated for president. Loughlin later served as Oneida County Chairman of the Independence/Reform Party for two terms and ran for the party's 2000 US Senate nomination . On this 1996 run, Loughlin's vote count was the highest in party history for a cross endorsed major party member, and second hugest in the United States for Reform party candidates.
