The biggest thing to remember is that not all pressure pointts work on all people the same way. Some are inneffective on people no matter what.

This is the acupuncture point Lung 8, Jing Qu
經渠. It is actually super effective if you hit it in a 45 degree angle in the direction of the fingers. It will provoce a tingeling sensation and an elektrical impuls running down the hand. You would find this acupuncture point effective if the opponent have his hand as a fist. In a circular movement you hit the point causing his hand to disfunction.
It exist many forms for pressure point fighting. My favourite is Acudo ryu, the science of points.
