Beatboxing, the art of making music using nothing but the human voice, is an incredible feat to watch. In THE BEATBOX CHOIR we follow British beatbox pioneer Shlomo, as he takes the Grammy Award winning acappella group The Swingle Singers, alongside four of the UK's highest ranking beatboxers, to create the UK's first beatboxing choir.

Before the group had even met there was interest from major festivals, and the group were billed as the headline act for the sold-out closing concert at the 2007 International Beatbox Convention. Shlomo had six weeks to create a concert using only the 13 voices in his newly formed Vocal Orchestra.

THE BEATBOX CHOIR is an inspirational story of ambition, risk-taking and musical friendships, and the birth of an incredible new sound.

I saw these guys two years ago at the Big Chill. Was one of the most amazing live perfomances i've ever seen.
