North Korea is the worlds welfare case.
Stomp out the infestation before it spills outside of NK.
Too late.
NK constantly is threatening SK and Japan, our allies, which we have a treaty with. We are supposed to protect them, that's why Japan can't built up it's own serious military. So it is our business.

North Koreas nukes are paid for by the US government!
Both the Clinton and Bush administrations played a key role in helping Kim Jong-Il develop North Koreas nuclear prowess from the mid 1990s onwards.
Rumsfeld was the man who presided over a $200 million dollar contract to deliver equipment and services to build two light water reactor stations in North Korea in January 2000 when he was an executive director of ABB (Asea Brown Boveri).
