This version of a biceps curl is done from a high cable with an ez curl bar. Lying on the bench you do the curl over your head. I like this variation because it take the ability to use momentum out of the exercise and you get an extended range of motion and contraction. It's great for beginners because good posture is set by the bench and it forces you to engage the biceps, it's also very safe, if you have back issues. Give it a try it's a nice addition to your biceps workout
