Judge Jeanine Pirro discussed the legalities of United States strike that eliminated the self-proclaimed U.S. born Islamic jihad cleric al-Awlaki and his entourage during an unmanned attack on his convoy in Yemen.

The panel comprised of Arthur Aidala, a prominent defense attorney in New York City; Mike Baker, an ex-CIA operative and KT McFarland, former Pentagon official in Reagan administration.

  • Okay, the bald guy is obviously some kind of idiot. In the discussion he states he trusts the government so, he should be confined for his safety and the safety of others.

  • Imminent threat? Where do they find these treasonous propaganda douchebags. Fuck you Baker. I know more about you than you might think. Retrired? HA! You still work for the CIA scumbag!!! Soon you will face TREASON CHARGES. Fucking traitorous puke! This pretend debate is a fucking joke. We see through your bullshit.

He NEVER renounced his citizenship. You are debating something when there is nothing to debate. Just because a citizen flees our country does not mean he no longer is a citizen. The law is crystal clear regardless what you may want it to be.

  • The only reason this was allowed is because he was islamic, which is to America as Jews were to Nazis, soon they will add other scapegoats to the mix until there is no one left to oppose them.

  • Obama violated his oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, including the 5th Amendment. This puts America at a new low. We need a new President.

  • The bottom line is this; Once you go down this road of avoiding due process because of whatever supposed reason, imminent threat, enemy combatant, viewers of Americas next Top Model etc, you can believe the bar will continuously be lowered in reguard to justification. The guy can rot for all i care, but im seriously upset by this nonsense of avoiding due process. By only showing video of this guy in a bad light, or playing terrorist, doesnt make him a free target or less American. Tim McVeigh?

  • @rmccay88 Yes he did renounce his citizenship

First off, Anwar never renounced his citizenship. Secondly, when the President has the authority to be judge, jury and executioner, you have a king, not a President. Thirdly, regardless of what crimes an American citizen may be ACCUSED of doing, the 5th Amendment and Natural Law is very clear: A person is entitled to due process. Just look up what Richard Nixon tried to do to Jack Anderson.

  • He renouced his Us Citizenship so no it wasnt illegal

  • My heart bleeds too, but never for the apologists that are going to try to refute this too.
