@virginian2331 Hi Benkotter! Never would I be one to shelve Walter; such a great talent and brilliant man, but I stand by my comment about the lyric. It's pure Fagen, and such an incredible take on something that would miss a million minds by a million miles - having a loving, even compulsive, relationship with an addict with aids, yet making it so humane and beautiful.
