Infinity Ward feel that putting co-op right into the story breaks it. He says it right here in this video aswell. Spec Ops is short, fast-paced co-op missions sort of like the Mile High Club extra mission in Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Some missions in Spec Ops might be taken from the single player campaign and made into spec ops missions. Meaning they have no story and is just to be short, fun and filled with action. There will be missions specially crafted for spec ops aswell.

Nope. There is no zombies. There's another co-op mode though, called Special Ops (Operations). That's two player co-op.

There is no info on any special missions. You can only hope for a sniper mission. And there's also no info at all on a beta and/or demo release. I'd say a beta is possible but i wouldn't hope for a demo as i'm pretty sure there won't be one.
