Collegiate riders, Do not measure whether you teams cycling season was a success strictly by whether anyone won a race. (of course that's one of the goals).
I can tell you that my collegiate cycling experience, was a great success because of the friendships and common experiences (the traveling and all the bs that went with it) that I had with my teammates. That's the stuff that lasts.

@Superhandydave yea it has been a good experience in that sense as well. we didn't get that in depth with this video, just kind of brushed the surface.
