Kenneth explains pretty clearly how to do this using a wired connection but most hotels now only provide wireless Internet access. So the easiest method is to buy a USB wireless adapter and install it on your laptop (which must already have an internal wireless adapter). So now you have two wireless adapters. Use one of them to connect to the hotel and follow Kenneth's method substituting the hotel wireless connection for the wired connection mentioned in this video. Good luck!

Thanks, this worked for me. But I took it one step further: I used my laptop's internal wireless connection to my wireless router and used a USB wireless adapter for the second connection. I am now able to connect to a wireless service at a hotel and serve up internet access to my hand-helds and additional laptops wirelessly through my laptop. Very cool.
