  • @DutchinKorea Maybe, but I will wait and see. All we know is currently there is a military junta in power and nothing is for certain.

  • ElBaradei is buttbuddy of the islamo-fascists. Now the powerstruggle will begin. And soon we'll have Iran 2.0.

Why? Because islam and democracy mutually exclude each other.

You people are so naive. Egypt will not be democratic. Mubarak was an ass but still the lesser evil.

  • So what? Mubarak is now gone. Now the military is in control. The milityr is loved by "the Egyptians"? I think the "more pious followers of Mohammed" will have an issue with that.

Egypt is not free. It's not a "state of the people". People's power? Democracy? How do we even know that the majority of the Egyptians is behind this?

Remember the French Revolution? Started like that. Then 10,000s were murdered.

  • @mattleroi They are the safeguarders of democracy. They are loved by the Egyptians. Ex-president ( it feels so good to say that) Mubarak limited their power. With military rule they can safely have free democratic elections in the future. Please do not think of the negative connotations with 'military rule'. This is only necessary for the country not to collapse during the power vacuum.

  • Military rule= freedom???

  • Nobell peace prize for Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, again?
