  • woman you take too long!

  • @kgesq4 Search here on YouTube for ->How to smooth fondant on a cake without a traditional cake smoother (she uses Fondant leftovers)

  • Can I use the leftover fondant for another cake? Or to maybe decorate??

  • I prefer not to have buttercream under fondant - it is far too sweet and sickly - a double-dose of sugar. The fondant itself is icing. Also, best to work out the correct amount of fondant needed for the cake - there was a lot of wastage here. Otherwise, not bad - but best to smooth the sides first - at least twice, then the top and edges of the cake to prevent air bubbles, and a "rippled" effect. I know that applying fondant is new to America, so pretty good really.

  • lol at 1:38 someone said "that's better"

  • @SxUxMxMxExR oh no! i used marshmallows fondant and its easier to work with

  • i have a question? what will u put in the cake before u cover the fondant? is it buttercream icing? coz i make a fondant cake and the the icing inside melts i was so ashame, can u help me and teach me what to do? thank u and God bless

  • fuck amerika

  • You forgot to smooth of the top of the cake to prevent any air bubbles forming, I learn quite a lot of cake decorating stuff from my mum. we live in the UK and she owns a cake business called Evie's Cake Design :)

  • @MsAstroBanan , of course they have to touch the cake to smooth out the fondant.how else do you think they do it?
