I feel such an incredible rush of relief that there are still true wise man today in places where one might look away the first time they see. You are truly someone I will watch more often now. I have a lotta respect for a man like this, he's got such talent and ability, yet he's always humble. I like his message too, don't try to be like anybody, be your best of what you're good at. That's how I interpreted him anyways. You have inspired me Mr. Sharpe, thank you.

The body is nothing without the mind whatsoever. If one does not explore all possible aspects of things, then one will not master anything. This man realizes this. The MIND produces adrenaline. The MIND decides ever single solitary move. Many pros in the MMA know this to be true as well. Don't speak of what you have no knowledge of.
