To those who are saying that this is fake and not true, this movie actually very accurately portrays what happened. There were of course a few small aspects, like the fistfight between the two brothers (not shown in the trailer), that Hollywood added, but otherwise, it is a very true depiction of the story. I actually just met the son of Zus Bielski, and he did not try to put a heroic, fairytale twist to the story.

@edwiniscool21 "the Dutch resistance helped thousands of Jews..." Yes, absolutely they did, in fact the Danes did as well and the Serbs were fantastic fighters against the nazis as were the Russians! Many people were unsung heros of that war. God Bless them all!
