Crowd computing: Using next generation JavaScript to make your site visitors process your data.

Really Cloudy is the first application to use the new JavaScript Web Workers API to create a private, cost-free cloud on the computers of your website visitors. You'll get a high level overview of how it works and how you could integrate it into your own site. The discussion will cover which types of applications would benefit from Really Cloudy and the ethical implications of using your visitors as a computing resource.

Richard Revis is a professional project manager who has run technology development projects involving everything from iPhones up to front line fighter jets.

He is currently starting up a small software company called The Plan Is where he is developing web applications that make it easier to plan hard projects.
