long before twittering and texting and facebook we weren't afraid of total abandon......being sexual creatures and living in the moment and wearing clothes that were fun.....with the onslaught of the new global communism everything is mannered, both on and off tv.......shit man, i really really miss these days.

@narzo Actually, we could 'hope for' America waking up and recognising the humanity and thus equality of gay people. We could also hope that America, undoubtabley the biggest influence in this modern world might retract its collective head out of its ass and find its way back. Back to a time of tolerance and forward to where most of the world is now.

Jeezus Christ Milton Delugg's drummer must have been getting tired as fuck too.

Makes me wish time would have stood still back then! God, I miss those days!! Kids of today.... you have no idea how much fun it was!! Much more fun than sitting in front of the tube all day on video games!! I will go as far as to say I bet we also had less obesity back then. People got out more. ; )

BEST TV SHOW EVER!!! This was back when America still knew how to laugh at itself.

How much coke did he do before the act?

This is the greatest god damn act ever. I just love how damn hard Chuck is laughing during this whole damn thing....and the 17 encores!
This is my stepbrother Steve Cooper, although he WAS born on an Army base in Germany, he was American and grew up in Mississippi. Steve had more energy than any human being I've ever known. He was also smart, talented and funny as hell! Sadly, Steve passed away in 1986 from complications to AIDS. He was only 26 years old. At the time of this Gong Show appearance he was 18. I'll miss him till the day I die.
