My back hurts watching this. Great effort. Keep that core rigid, drop the hips at the start...watch some vids by Mark Rippetoe on how to deadlift properly.

Pretty strong for your youthfulness. What do the chains do as opposed to adding more weight plates instead? Is there a benefit to adding chains?

The chains add more resistance at the top of the movemnet, so the weight gets heavier as the bar gets higher. Great for explosiveness. We also use them for squats and bench press. They also help increase balance and stability.
