@MrShadowFoot No they are still there and you can find them if you want.

@MrShadowFoot I think what he means is that the brain makes itsself believe that it doesn't remember, but in reality it stays in the uncouncious part and so it's not technically "forgotten", even if the person itsself believes so.

Man doesn't know everything and can't explain everything, this is clear. If I say the sky is blue but a man with a PhD in his name says it's red, guess what? He is full of shit. I definitely don't believe everything a doctor says. They are human and they make mistakes. There are many people with political pull that are involved in satanic rituals. Bohemian Grove, Skull and Bones are great examples. I am sure there are many more, especially in the UK.

I don't think what Brenda told was a made-up story. Even so, there still must be a tremandous tragedy underneath this disorder,I guess

@MrsSarb Indeed. It is hard to prove something you can't see. But there are still people out there like her, so it makes you wonder. Honestly, to not believe these people is a disservice more than anything for them.
And wow, that must be really eerie! Even though horrible things can happen anywhere, it can really get your hair to raise about certain events that happened close by.

@flower5890 Maybe she feels if she were male then it would have been easier or better somehow.

@ConcreteAngelx3 Because he's full of shit? haha He sounds so incredibly arrogant! He doesn't know what he's talking about. Traumatic amnesia is very well known and I'm certain it has been documented in the "scientific literature."
-
@crazyjolson I have experienced traumatic amnesia. It's a real condition. I know that for a fact. I get kind of irritated too.

@KeliPwnz Some people are discrediting the story of Sybil as well. I'm not sure what to think. Personally I believe the story but it's tough if there isn't physical proof. Sybil grew up in a town close to where I grew up. It's eerie to read the story and I can imagine it all based on what I know of the town she lived in.
This is disturbing.. it makes me so sad.

That guy is wrong. I've blacked out things, it's possible for the mind to black out things to protect.
