is it me or did the atlas look a bit strange, not much sholders, and its arms were always aiming down..

Microsoft wanted them to do it in 3rd person, and keep it speed oriented and Xbox 360 only. (....MechAssault 3). The game cost more than they could possibly make, so they miniaturized the game and tried to pump it out as one of those cheap downloadable games, but even after dumbing everything down it'd still cost more than they could possibly make. It soon became abandoned. They were hired for Duke Nukem, and now they got back on their feet. The UAV is coming on the 21st to MWO. Destruct En Sept

The concepts in this trailer look way more advanced than what has been implemented in MWO. That lawsuit really hurt what could have been an amazing game :(

This one got halted, and MWO was born in its place to re-spike interest in the mechwarrior / battletech storyline. PGI says they may try "a" mechwarrior single player game in the near future after MWO's full official launch.

I prefer it the way it is shown in this video. The beta version just makes everything like too much like a bloody cartoon.

Actually, the Prometheus was the name Prince Victor gave his own personal Dire Wolf, true, however: the "Prometheus" was also the designation given to a one-of-a-kind monster mech made of clan parts and assembled by IS techs. It's also the name of an IS heavy bridge-layer vehicle, a Potemkin-class cruiser, and an operation designation for an espionage campaign. Let's face it, BTech writers just loved the name and gave it away like candy.
