I don't think that's a good idea. First I can't read signs to well. Also I just don't like lying like that. I have a webcam on my pc. So may try that. :)

Well, if u knew how to sign language and act like you are deaf. They will give it to you. There is no proof and u have to act like you are 100% deaf. it is not hard to try it. They will fell for sucker. I think u need to use VP200 to communcation with your friends. What are u waiting for? Go and apply it. They will show up at your place. U have to act like deaf. I hope my advice will help you. I pray that u get one becuz u deserve to have one. :-)

I thought you had to have proof that you are deaf? That's what my deaf friends told me.

Rock2hal, If i were you. U can tell sorenson that u are deaf. They will quick give it to you. it's happen to my friend's brother who get 2 free v.p cable. So, Try it and see if it work. Thanks

hearing people are not qualified for VP200. The VP200 is a Video Relay equipment to allow us Deaf/HOH to use relay service to call hearing people and is given to all Deaf, Hard of hearing, and latenend Deaf with signing skills only. If you want some kind of videophone, you can purchase webcam at any store and use IP address to contact each other.
