you can do that with Kirby's down B (GC) move as much as you want & it's much easy-er & it's not a glitch it's an Easter Egg...

(It was put in there for pepole to find on perpose)

You can do that w/ all three starfox character's down-b and side-b.

TL's,ZSS's,Sonic's down-a. Ike & Marth's counter. Lucas & Ness's down-b. And any character w/ a move that stops their ,movement in the air.(P.S. It's just a fun trick, not a glitch.

and down B, and up B work too

up B is hard, but if you time it right you can use that too, and it looks awesome :P
