I don't know anything about them, but my guess is they are a pre-Ozma group. You know, Ozma before he picked out his fro, even though it's more of an "Anne" look, you know the musical with the little girl that had a fro? I digress, I think Kishidan is supposed to have that old school biker gang look. GTO wears an outfit similar to that when he hangs out with his Motorcycle gang.
