Tobacco companies use the same advertising methods that any other corporation uses to enhance their product and to postion their particular brands.

What TFK wants is to limit the CHOICES adults make with regard to the products they CHOOSE to use, under the guise of the stock & trade "saving our children" propaganda routine.

Cigarettes are marketed towards adults..you anti-smoking tax dodge groups need to understand this.It is getting very old and lame to use the "children" as a shield for your propoganda..your cause is to regulate peoples freedom to use a legal product..you are actually "anti-freedom". OK this is just more bullshit, because underage tobacco use is illegal, kids arent allowed to buy tobacco, it doesnt matter if barney the purple pedodino was on the fuckin packaging, its still illegal for kids to purchase tobacco products!! This means that the Anti's are targeting the wrong people, why should i be punished because law enforcement doesnt do its fuckin job? Why should i be punished because Apbu down at the quicky mart breaks the law and sells to minors?

why should "lower tar" be banned on cigarette packs? if a cigarette is proven to have lower tar than another cigarette, then that is a solid fact. thats like saying you cant advertise a car as "safer" if it has more airbags. truth of the matter is that you can still die in a car with a 5 star safety rating, and of course you can still die by using lower-tar cigarettes. but that doesntt negate the fact that it is better than other options out there...

I'm 15 and i smoke Camel Filters. Great taste, good buzz, nice burn. Have these assholes ever stopped anybody from smoking except paranoid people?
