no this is not kingdom hearts 3, this is kingdom hearts: Birth by Sleep, for the PSP, this is a prequal. (<--Spelling?)
There is also 2 more kingdom hearts games coming out, however none is kingdom hearts 3.
Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days is for the DS wich is what roxas is doing during the chain of memories and the other Kingdom Hearts: Coded is a mobile game this is like a puzzle game thingy.

im thinking since they are adding a lot of prequels, the real KH3 must be amazing. :) Since they added to the story a bit. But Truely, the next KH3 will be named Kingdom Hearts: Keyblade Wars i think :)

the game is split up into 3 different stories
Terra's, Aqua's, and Ven's
i guess in the end they all meld together leading up to this epic battle
