Yes, there IS a Rapture--but this isn't it. The Two Witnesses are Moses and Elijah. You need more proof, look at what they do in verses 11:5-6. Then ask yourself, "Did not Elijah call down fire from Heaven on his enemies and shut up Heaven for three and a half years so it did not rain? And did not Moses turn the waters of the Nile into blood and call down nine other plagues besides? The "Come up hither." is meant for Moses and Elijah--NOT the Christian church--that comes later.

Consider this: Israel was affected by the First Three Plagues of Egypt. But AFTER that [Exodus 8:22] God SEPARATED the Land of Goshen where the Hebrew were, and they were NOTaffected by the Final Seven Plagues of Egypt. LIKEWISE the Church will NOT be affected by the Final Seven Plagues of Revelation 16.

But they will NOT be raptured out until AFTER the Final Plague of Revelation--just as Israel was NOT taken out of Egypt until AFTER the Final Plague of Egypt.
