I guess Vitamin C is the solution, I've been stuffing myself with the last 3 days but still ain't feeling better. The flu this time hit me so hard that the only thing I do is stay in bed and annoy my family with asking stuff to do for me, but the worst thing is that when i get the flu I sneeze a lot, literally last time i counted my sneezes and I sneezed 14 times in a row !!! :///

Hello, first thank you very much for the informations. I have hypo thyroid, does taking probiotics will make worse my gut? because I take syntroid but I want to stop and start herbal medications.Im gluten free.Thank you.

@missgardeny You're welcome. Taking probiotics should help your health overall. For your thyroid issues, consider visiting a natural doctor, such as a naturopathic doctor, or traditional Chinese medicine doctor.

I know better. I've been eating ice cream because it was soothing to my throat and I ate some bread and a few other processed foods. I didn't eat much of them though, and was hoping that it wouldn't effect my medicines. Is it totally fine to be mixing the three supplements that you recommend?

@LaFemmeFrancais Yes, you can take all the natural remedies at the same time.

I think this is great advice...and I took it. But I'm still sick :( Why isn't this working for me??

@LaFemmeFrancais Every body is different. Don't eat any sugar products or processed foods, limitmeat and dairy, eat whole foods, drink lots of liquids, and rest. And, also try Vitamin D3 (I forgot to mention that I also took that) and Vitamin A, along with these supplements.
