I thought it was hilarious how they gave him an accent. Maybe it a bit prejudiced but still, an excellent addition of humor =P.

What the...what kind of dubbing is that? Why do they have to give Chef Rutter an accent in the dub? it DOES NOT sound good at all!

They are BELL peppers and not hot peppers. Red, green and yellow BELL peppers are actually sweet and maybe used raw in salads.
Banana peppers or Jalapeno peppers on the other hand, to just eat them would be asking for it.
