Concerning the concerns of psolis052004 and JeffreysJAO - ART is an excellent choice but better is Graston Technique that uses uniquely designed stainless steel tools in the hands of either chiropractors or physical therapists trained in their use. The results are incredible!

This Doc is right on. I have been teaching Yamuna Bodyrolling which is based in the same mindset and does a great job releasing muscle tension. This technique takes it to a very specific level. Great information.
