@finnchick59 Lol, I should imagine Americans have no idea of where Finland is, let alone Estonia! I don't knw why so early, but it has shades of Pol Pot's year zero about it having it blaring over a tannoy! In the evening they play a few bars of the song that should be the anthem, Mu Isamaa on Minu Arm which is a rea Estonian song but I guess they don't want to spoil it by overplaying!

@whyteay I am a Finn living in USA and never hear my national anthem anywhere! Why are they playing it there it and why so early in the morning? They ought to have their own, by now!

I am a Brit living in Tallinn so I hear the first couple of bars of the Finnish national anthem every morning at some unholy hour or other, lol.
