Thanks for the video very helpful .I got some point . I hope it work for me case I'm having trouble with streeing when doing this manouevre.A simple question how much should I steer(to the left & right) when I'm going reverse it is a little bit confusing ?

Or just look for a decent driveway and ACTUALLY safely turn your car around .. what the F**K, if i ever see a car reversing on a crossroad i'd start panicking :s

You know how before you do the turn, after every car length you have to keep looking around? Each time you do this, do you have to put the handbreak up each time?

No, you should not apply the handbrake (generally the handbrake should only be used when a 'pause becomes a wait). You do not need to pause the car when you make these observations if you are confident and proficient. It is a good idea though to do so, certainly in the early stages.

Love the irony of this video - first thing you say is make sure it's Safe Legal Convenient, and then your diagram shows it at a crossroads! DSA would not be happy with that!

@mrkfowler The SLC is for pulling over to the side of the road - look again, you will see that is what is said. As mentioned in comments below, the crossroads diagram was an error - I am a driving instructor not a graphic designer!
