im overweight, diabetic and I have hypertension. what can i do as far as raw food is concerned to have a better pregnancy? These health issues occurred during my last pregnancy over 26 months ago. I want to prevent more sicknesses and heal my body with raw foods.

working out whille pregnant such as lifting weights may actually allow a child to be born with higher muscular stature than a women who doesn't workout while pregnant. Combined with raw foods a baby can be born with numerous potentials

What about coconut water--instead of milk? I also am just in case.. taking a b12 --folic acid lozenge. Just to be on the safe side, since right now--I'm not fond of the taste of nutritional yeast.

@aktie9 Yes! Absolutely coconut water! Take B12/folic acid and/or prenatal is perfectly fine! <3

Thank you so much for this video. It explains so much of my two pregnancies, and how awful I felt when I was a meat eater. I'm pregnant again & now I'm raw vegan & GF etc.. I hope this time will go much better! This gives me hope!

@aktie9 Thanks! I just want to mention that small amounts of raw milk/raw milk products might be called for. If you are eating 80-90% raw vegan and you feel called to have these I believe you can still have a healthy preganancy with a much more comfortable labor, healthy baby. Wishing you all the best of health! <3
