I'm training some oxen to help me get sap and I made my own yoke.

I don't know who the guy was doing the rough shaping with the drawknife, but if that thing slips, he's gonna be singing soprano for the rest of his life. I think I'd find another way to brace that yoke besides sitting on it, or if it must be done that way, I think I'd get a heavy leather apron or a piece of wood between me and that knife.

they have them in pakistan....they can be masssive !!!!! ive seen some giant oxen ! ...same with buffalo and camels just amazing animals they are
