Oh...and if Scott Jarrett ever reads this, know that this song is MUCH-BELOVED here in the Baltimore-Washington area. Thank you so much for posting this song. I am from DC and as a young girl, would listen out for this song every night. I couldn't go to sleep until I heard it. I am looking for a song that used to come on HUR that was about "Tranquility" I was hoping that was the title but I can't seem to find it nor do I know who sang it. Anyone if you can point me in the right direction because I can't even google the lyrics because that's the only one I remember.
