The problem with you critics, i mean the posters, is that the video is criticizing what you like, you want candy christianity which makes you feel good and is comfortable. That is why the Bible says that not everyone who calls Christ the Lord is actually a child of God. Yoga is demonic, i have seen the effects of it. You really want to glorify God? then read the Bible and judge Yoga for yourselves, instead of complaining about someone who is attacking what you enjoy doing.

God made us with fee will for discernment. If a person chooses to side line the use of his free will and make the mind go blank : spirits would come, if present around, to stay in such a person because he/she is living contradictorily to God's design of human beings. see, i disagree, yoga is only religious if you make it. i do it as a form of stretching and exercising. "namaste" means "unit with you" (i'm pretty sure). i don't see how it is a sin if you say it to God. uniting with God, i think is fine. (: but, like i said, it's only religious if you make it. now what, are treadmills going to be a sin now too?
