that dismount is great
-
To be honest, I think it was her form that lost her this competition - slightly soft in the knees and she was a shade off splits in a few leaps, while Bogi's form was flawless. Nevertheless, if it were me judging I would have given Gutsu the gold over Bogi.

@pappysprite Patterson was terrible to watch, she may have had the skills and she could hit them (although she did have balance checks sometimes), but everything else was terrible.
-
@ralucagymnast Patterson's routine was incredible and I disagree with your comments. What made her routine incredible was that she didn't have any balance checks and she made ever skill look easy and light. I am not comparing her to Gutsu

I didn't realize Gutsu was 4'4". Really perfect routine. What a shame that Nastia's beam is in the suggested column.

@pappysprite Pattersons beam routine was all about the dismount; she had a standing Arabian salto, that was the only "super element" in her routine. All the rest was standard stuff; switch leap, tuck back, aerial walkover, flick layout combo, front tuck, nothing out of the ordinary at all. She did perform it well, true, but it wasnt "incredible". This, however, is.
-
not only is the standing full an obviously difficult move, but on top of that Gutsu had beautiful form on it - legs locked together, toes pointed, high landing...
-
that. was. perfection.

@gymnasticsloverxoxo Svetlana Boguinskaya. This routine scored 9.95 and Bogi scored 9.962.

Who got gold? Cause I don't know who could have possibly beaten this.

this is ridicuos how did BOGI win this? all tatiana's elements were stuck gold AND HAD TREMENDOUS DIFFICULTY! and bogi had NOT AS NEAR AS MUCH DIFFIUCLTY AS GUTSU, and still won. once again favoritism by the judges!
