@vansamanda The skin on your knees is much different from the skin on, say, your face. Scars aren't immediately visible, but if you straighten your leg and let the skin on your knee bunch up you can see what amounts to scars from whatever falls that may have caused some damage.

@vansamanda You might be right. Truthfully I've known a great many people who can show off a lot of scars, in fact I may be the least scarred man I've ever met. I've always been extremely concerned with safety, and perhaps I forget I'm different from most people in that way.
I wish I had scars to show off... *sigh*

@vansamanda I sure have, but I don't have any scars to show for it. I've seen people with a lot of scarring and it generally has little to do with their gender. It more often is a remnant of an accident in their life. She made it sound as if being a tomboy causes one to get scarred legs.

@TheReaverOfDarkness oh lighten up. i have plenty of scars on my knees and shins from being a tomboy too.... climbing trees, falling off skateboards, playing hockey with the neighborhood boys.... she just meant she played a lot as a kid and wasn't too girly. i have to agree, i was the same way :)
