Modified Casio SA-5
Superb fx, noise/drone generator and hands on two note polyphony subtractive synth.
Modifications:
K-filter v2 - analogue resonant low/high pass filter
Gain
Resonance
Cutoff
HP/LP selection
Death industrial crash delay
Off/on
Rate
Feedback
White noise generator
Damage control:
2 x classic casio modifications (gain/overdirive/drone & pseudo filter)
LTC1799 pitch control
NE555 square wave LFO routed to pitch and filter cutoff
Processor stall crash control
Drone hold switches on two octaves
Same modifications as the SA-8 posted previously. The SA-5, like the SA-8 has 25 preset sounds but each sound has four variations giving a total of 100 tones. It lacks the drum trigger buttons of the SA-8 but the tone variations make up for this. It also gives access to all of the demo tunes held within the SA's processor. Good for crashing the processor with for loads of different glitch effects.
I am curious about buying a beast like this from you.
