  • y dont u ever show ur face?

  • @animalEinsteinjam LOL - maybe it's a face for radio?

  • Since copha can't be easily found her in the U.S, what would you recommend to use in place of copha?

  • @PiNEAPPiE - Copha is a vegetable shortening so you can use Crisco or shortening which you should be able to find pretty easily in the states :) (This is the ingredient I add into the chocolate to keep it from breaking)

  • WHat is that ingredient that you added into the chocolate to help the chocolate from breaking when bitten into?

  • I am so doing this for Christmas! Thanks for the tutorial:)

  • @LaughDreamAG - I will do! I will add it to my list of upcoming "How To's". Some hints: I always use a plastic bowl (I find it burns easier in ceramic) and I always chop the chocolate first, break it up or use melts. I like to use the microwave as I always forget to check on it when it's on the stove! I microwave on high for really small amounts of time (approx 30 second lots) & make sure you stir the chocolate after every microwave. 300g of dark chocolate takes between 1m30s & 2mins :)

  • @nkr1695 - I have found it's WAY easier to just buy pre-made fondant, than to make it myself. It's incredibly hard to get the right consistency with home made fondant. I am always experimenting though, so if I come across a method that actually works and is easy enough to teach, I will definitely make a tute. (& if anyone out there knows a great fondant recipe, I'd love to hear it!!) :)

  • Can you please make a tutorial on how to melt the chocolate? Every time I try to melt it the chocolate burns!!!
