@cherkaslord It's interesting, perhaps informative, that you credit human senses to a non-corporeal entity or force which necessarily outside of the grasp of natural perception, realization or manipulation.

Many other entities also fit that description, only that we also describe such entities as works of fiction which do not exist in natural reality until they are realized through (partly-)deliberate human intervention.

@cherkaslord Ask a person who suffers from intestinal cancer or trigeminal neuralgia (also known as the "suicide disease" thanks to intractable pain from damaged nerves) about the "purpose"/design of pain. When we're healthy, chronic pain and disease seem like abstractions. Spend some time in a nursing home or better yet an oncology ward and you'll soon realize that the human body is a poorly designed machine that has little regard for the emotions and sanity of it's user

@bayreuth79, those are the plains Indians. The MesoAmericans were either polytheists or Atheists. The "Great Spirit" is not a god but those who believe in the Great Spirit are either atheist or deist depending on how they view themselves but they are definitely not theists seeing as the idea of a "god" comes from Europe. The ONLY monotheists that I know of are the Lenca and Cherokee...but the Cherokee probably weren't originally monotheist.
